In order to produce these micro precision die casting products, not only should premium precision processing and checking facilities be equipped, but technique is also a vital factor. We are constantly in pursuance of higher standards; the accuracy of micro precision die casting components has already achieved a tolerance of 0.01mm; various testing must conform to the highest standards as well, including thread ring gauge, twist force, strength and destructive tests.
